Day 8-9: Create your issues spreadsheet with columns: Issue, URL, Severity, Estimated Impact, Effort Required, Dependencies. Use the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize.

Remember: This isn't a one-month project. SEO maintenance is ongoing. But after this first month, you'll have a system in place that takes 30-60 minutes monthly instead of days.

- SEO checker tools are means, not ends. They provide data; you provide analysis and context. A tool telling you have "duplicate content" is useless unless you understand whether it matters for your specific pages.
